Former Governor of Imo State, His Excellency Dr Ikedi Ohakim delivered a lecture at the 1st International Conference in honour of Chinua Achebe in UNN.Also in attendance were Dr. Nkem Okeke,Dr. Ezeife Chukwuemeka, Obi of Onitsha Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe,Professor Viola Adaku Onwuliri,veteran Nollywood actors Pete Edochie and Jim Iyke.
Dr. Ikedi Ohakim received African leadership award from the Institute of African Studies University of Nigeria Nsukka at the event.It was presented to him by Prof. Viola Adaku Onwuliri
