*THE HEART OF PRAYER*

*Psalm 143:1 - Lord, hear my prayer, listen to my cry for mercy, in your faithfulness and righteousness come to my relief.*

Prayer is our direct line with heaven. Prayer is a communication process that allows us to talk to God! Prayer is the meeting platform between divinity and humanity.
*"Prayer is simply talking to God like a friend and should be the easiest thing we do each day" - Joyce Meyer*

The heart is the driving force of our prayer. "As a man thinks in his heart so he is." With the heart we love and act. The prayer life is built from our hearts of love to God. Prayer is more of relationship with God.

King David makes us to understand that there is a heart of prayer. Repentant heart is the foundation upon which our prayer is built. The heart of David's prayer is a repentant heart. We are to live each day with such heart.

Sin is a bridge that disconnect us from communicating with God. The suffering and death of Jesus opened God's ears to our prayers. That is why we now pray in Jesus Name.

From generation to generation, suffering has been part of our lives. Situations mount to the point that we can't hold on. Sometimes, the only option left for us is to cry unto God for help. We cry for mercy, cure, remedy for our present condition.

At times, we become so worried about our need that we forget that the best answer to any prayer is a closer relationship with God. God is ever ready to answer us.

We stand today to pray and cry unto God for mercy! With your Faithfulness; OH LORD heal the world today and rescue us from the pandemic in Jesus matchless Name Amen

*Shalom!*
