VP Osimbajo and Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano were among the five distinguished alumni of the University of Lagos honoured last week Saturday by the University with a ispecial Awards and Recognition Dinner.
Also honoured were HE, Mr. Udom Gabriel Emmanuel, the governor of Akwa Ibom State, HE Mr. Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, the governor of Gombe State and HE Mr. Ude Oko Chukwu, the deputy governor of Abia State who are all alumni of the university.The event took place at the Multi-purpose Hall of the institution.
The honour was for eminent and worthy Alumni of the school who have distinguished themselves and are currently holding executive political offices in various states.
