A governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Senator Gyang Nyam Pwajok is dead.
Senator Pwajok, represented the PDP, in the 2014 gubernatorial election in Plateau State.
National Publicity Secretary of the opposition party, Olisa Metuh and Chuwang Dung, the Head of his media team during the election campaign, confirmed his death.
Pwajok reportedly died on Wednesday night, in an Indian hospital.
While the cause of his death is yet to be announced, SR reports that Senator Pwajok died of a kidney related disease.
