His name is Nakanda Edet Nakanda.No one knows his crime.He was arrested at the administrative building of the UCTH on the 1st of May, 2018 by the anti kidnapping division of the Cross River State police command in Calabar. He was later found dead.
According to reports, he was allegedly strangled to death. His corpse has been deposited in the mortuary.
