According to Com Enudi Marcus,National President,
SAVE NDOKWA NATION GROUP,information gathered from their brethren in Beneku,Ndokwa East,Delta state,has it that the only "pontoon" that ferries people across the river is very bad now,works half day in,three days out.No standard bridge except wooden bridge despite oil/oil companies being present in the area.
