'ITS AN UNCIVILIZED ACT!
Katsina state indigenes were reported to have attacked two serving members of the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) in Kastina State, cutting off the thumb of one of them.
The act was allegedly carried out because the male corper whose finger was cut off lives in the same house with the female corper whom he is not married to.
Haba! What kind of assault is this?
