President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he will continue to use Twitter and other social medias even as his new chief of staff seeks to impose greater discipline in the West Wing.He said..

Trump is tamping down speculation that his hiring of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly as his new top aide means the president will curb his social media habit.
Kelly has been tasked with bringing order to a White House staff that has been plagued by infighting among rival power centers and leaks while enforcing better message discipline.
The president's tweets have often distracted from carefully planned messaging and policy campaigns planned by his own staff.
For example, his tweet denying that he made secret recordings of his conversations with ousted FBI Director James Comey stole headlines during the White House's themed "Technology Week"
His tweets about Comey's testimony before Congress and London's Muslim mayor in the wake of a terror attack also distracted from the administration "Infrastructure Week."
