Sowore, Sahara Reporters’ Founder Accuses Facebook of Taking Bribes From Saraki

In a post on his Facebook page, Omoleye Sowere the founder of the online news media, Sahara reporters accused Facebook of taking bribes from

senate president Bukola Saraki to shutdown his personal page and promote a fake Sahara Reporters page named Saraha Reporters Rescue and sponsored by the senate president.
Omoleye lamented being locked out by Facebook for posting numbers of Senators loyal to Bukola Saraki while the fake page was kept online despite also posting numbers of the judge handling Saraki CCT trial. Sowore also alleged that Saraki was funding the Fake page as a reprisal for Sahara Reporters’ publications about the corruption trial faced by Bukola Saraki at the CCT.

Sahara Reporters has been at the forefront of media trial in the corruption case involving the senate president at the CCT. Some opinions have it that Omoloye Sowore and Sahara reporters are being funded heavily by some stalwarts of the APC who are after Saraki for deviating from the APC’s choice of senate presidency to form alliance with the PDP which saw him come through as the senate president.
Bukola Saraki recently claimed in an open letter sent to Dele Momudu and circulated online that he is being politically hunted because he opposed a Muslim/Muslim ticket from the APC in the 2015 election. Indications point to the claims that the Muslim/Muslim ticket was meant to produce a Buhari/Tinubu ticket.
Sahara Reporters was obviously very vocal in the use of its platform to promote the candidate of the APC, president Muhammadu Buhari during the 2015 elections. Till date, Sahara Reporters’ publications are still skewed in sympathy with the APC. A position many readers see as “bias” and dangerous for professional journalism.
Saraha Reporters’ one-sided reportage has earned them a reputation many think will lead to the collapse of sound journalism in Nigeria.

The founder, Sowore who came to fame via a video circulation online of his defiance to lateness exhibited by former minister of foreign affairs, Mrs Viola Onwuliri during her visit to Nigerians living in the United States during the Jonathan’s administration has somewhat deviated from his earlier activism spotlight to a derailing status of paid blackmailing and image laundering.
Recent Attacks by Sahara Reporters on Saraki are underscored by the fact that the authority to declare him guilty lies with the court at which he is currently undergoing trial. Many have opined that Saraki under the law is presumed innocent until declared guilty by certified court of law whose jurisprudence are insured by provisions of the Nigerian law.
As at the time of filling this report neither Facebook nor Saraki has responded to the allegations made against them by Sowore.

Charly Boy shares epic photos, writes on Religious Kolomentality

He shared the above photos on his Instagram page and wrote;

Before before long long time ago, Africans had their mode of worship till the white man sold to us, religion. I have lived in the white mans country and he is not as gaga about religion like we are. Is it that we now know more than our teachers or masters. How come we are now more religious than the pope. Trust us, our own god is not exactly like the Oyibo God, ours is custom made by us to suit our wimps and caprices.
Christianity in Naija is a different parol I tell you. Especially with all this penticostal Willy willy. Not that I want to caricature our way of worship but it’s a simple fact that it focuses intensely on “God-given prosperity” (ie making money) and spirit possession. Though I am partly a Christian, I am entirely opposed to blind acceptance of faith. I am also against the use of religion to exploit the weak and feeble in society. How you see the matter.

Charly Boy Slams Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz: ‘Biko Keep Your Shit to Yourselves!’

More celebrities are beginning to speak up on the raging conversation surrounding Tiwa Savage and estranged husband, Tee Billz, the most recent being iconic artiste, Charly Boy.

"I must confess that my heart breaks a little each time I hear/read about celebrities who self destruct because they couldn't handle fame or the ones whose marriages are falling apart, because they don't know how to hold it down," Charly Boy said, adding, "It's sad, especially if they are amongst stars that I admire and love."

Also, the singer whose real name is Charles Oputa echoed Paul Okoye''s thought by advising that people keep their family travails private as social media never truly brings solution. "You are only entertaining people," Paul Okoye said.

"I must confess that my heart breaks a little each time I hear/read about celebrities who self distruct because they couldn't handle Fame or the ones whose marriages are falling apart, because they don't know how to hold it down. Its sad, especially if they are amongst stars that I admire and love.

Commenting on people's private lives is a no go area for me. But when celebrities wash their dirty linen in public I owe my reading fans to comment on trending news and issues.

TeeBillz and Tiwa Savage una fall my hand no be small. Una no know say MUTUAL RESPECT IS NON-NEGOTIABLE for marriage, why yeye una self for public like this. Una no know say competition na for business no be for marriage what's the bullshit. Haba, una no just try.

I know that artiste/celebrities are more fragile than normal people. However they must understand that they are role models to millions of people, so no matter how deep you are hurting, you need to always come out strong. Celebs must understand that their private life is their private life and they must keep it to themselves. It will earn them more respect that way.

I know that people stay married because they want to not because the door is locked. Biko keep your shit to yourselves, keep private private. No marriage can escape bad weather even my own, I dey sometimes see Oba for the matter but like I say "marriage is not about being compatible but how couples deal with their incompatibility. Make I no hear una problems for loudspeakers again, joor.

AreaFada done talk him own."

Before the Drama: These Tiwa Savage’s Old Posts About Marriage to Tee Billz Will Break Your Heart

Many people never saw the sad Tiwa Savage/Tee Billz drama coming, until the manager took to social media to put his wife on the blast.

Yesterday, fans surfed through the Mavin Queen's social media and unearthed two stories that captured her marriage to Tee Billz, and also the drama within, before it fell apart. "Bless to have a beautiful man Tee Billz in my life," the singer tweeted in 2013, noting, "Nobody was there when you saved and paid for my first ever video, kelekele."

See the tweets:

Rumours of drama started after the couple got married. In September 2014, barely five months into their marriage, a report alleged that Tee Billz physically abused Savage, and this was reported by Kemi Filani who quoted a family source, saying that when the singer couldn't take on the physical and emotional abuse, plus the incessant cheating, she left their home.

Tiwa Savage never addressed all these stories, but Tee Billz denied it all. The couple had their first son Jamil, and it was all rosy until the unprecedented attack on his wife three days ago, before he attempted to jump off the Lekki-Ikoyi toll bridge in Lagos.

However, did Tiwa Savage ever hint on what she was enduring?

In March, TY Bello held a photo session with the Mavin queen for ThisDay Style, and one of the enigmatic photos showed the singer trapped behind thick ropes. On her Instagram page, Savage captioned the photo, saying, "Believe me I am stronger now than I've ever been and nothing can hold me down. God will surely finish that which He has started."

For fans, the pieces are beginning to fall in place, and this is especially because of one of the quotes from Savage's interview where she talked about how Tee Billz taunted and tortured her with talks about how he 'made' her.

"It was a mentally abusive relationship because all I hear every day is how he made me, how he did this and that for me, I created you, I took you from nothing," she said, before adding, "He didn't find me in a dustbin."

RE: NIGERIAN ARMY PLANNING TO STEAL BODIES FROM MASS GRAVE.

RE: NIGERIAN ARMY PLANNING TO STEAL BODIES FROM MASS GRAVE.
The attention of the Nigerian Army has been drawn to an online report by SAHARA REPORTERS ON 28 APRIL 2016 in which the Islamic Movement in Nigeria alleged that the Nigerian Army is planning to steal bodies from mass grave in Zaria. It further, stressed that a contingent of soldiers have been deployed to keep guard at the site of the mass grave in an effort to prevent the uncovering of the hundreds of bodies buried there. It is simply a figment of their jaundiced imagination and a campaign of calumny againt the Army.
The Army strongly and categorically reject the IMN's unfounded n spurious allegation. It is simply a concoction of lies and deliberate effort by the IMN to portray the the Nigerian Army's image negatively.
The Nigerian Army will like to make it abundantly clear that, it has never contemplated such act at anytime. It's of no relevance whatsoever. we are focused on discharging our constitutional duty as a professional military force. We expect any responsible media to double check such weighty allegations before going to press. Nigeria's national security and interest must never be toyed with.
The Nigerian Army as a law abiding entity had already stated its facts regarding the December 12-14 incident in Zaria before the Justice Mohammed Lawal Garba led Judicial Commission of Inquiry.
For the avoidance of doubt, the commission had on Wednesday 27th April, 2016 visited all the sites of the incident in Zaria including the grave site in Kaduna. It was widely aired. It is not the duty of the Army to guard any public grave site other than our own designated military cemeteries.
It appears that the IMN's desire is to whip up public sympathy not minding their crimes over several years against the people of Zaria as testified by the parties at the just concluded sitting of the commission.
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria failed to state her facts or opinion if any as regards the incident of December 12th and 14th 2015 before the judicial commission of inquiry.
While we await the report of the judicial commission, we would like to call on the general public to disregard this unfounded claim. Nigerian Army will continue to safeguard the lives and property of all citizens in every part of our great country. That is our mission.

Abdul Usman, Colonel.
