Pete Edochie & Other Nollywood Stars Campaign For PDP In Imo(Photos)

Ikeduru alive amidst Imo PDP visit

The campaign train of the Peoples Democratic Party, Imo State, was at St. Mary’s Primary School, Iho, for the Campaign Rally held in Ikeduru Local Government.

Some Key points to Note!

We shall run a Government of Democracy- Ihedioha

I have done more projects in Ikeduru more than my neighboring LGA’s. There is no need asking what I will do for Ikeduru people because I have been doing. All you can be sure is that I will not fail Ikeduru- Ihedioha

Our Government will find immediate solution to Ekemele Road. That road is very useful not just to Ikeduru people but many. Those going to Okigwe, Mbano, Enugu, etc, make use of the road, finding solution to the continuous erosion at that spot will be done with immediate effect- Ihedioha

The entire Owerri Zone have chosen Ihedioha as the candidate to support- Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu

Ihedioha is a very humble young man. He won the primaries out of his hard-work and commitment. I have absolute confidence in his leadership capacities and I endorse him publicly today for Governorship- Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu

All the Candidates of the PDP emerged through transparent primaries. The PDP is the only party that conducted primaries, others got their tickets in hotel rooms but PDP candidates got theirs in the field. We have returned the party to the people- Chief Charles Ezekwem, State Chairman Imo PDP.

NollyWood stars also endorsed Ihedioha, Uche Ogbuagu, PDP.

Flags were presented to Hon Ezenwa Francis Onyewuchi for Senate Owerri Zone, Hon. Henry Nwawuba for Mbaike Federal Constituency, Ambassador Uche Ogbuagu for Ikeduru State Assembly.

Today's bible teaching: God restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake

Psalm 23 King James Version (KJV)

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever

Today's bible teaching: We have heard it with our ears, O God; our ancestors have told us what you did in their days, in days long ago

Psalm 44

For the director of music. Of the Sons of Korah. Amaskil.

We have heard it with our ears, O God;
    our ancestors have told us
what you did in their days,
    in days long ago.
With your hand you drove out the nations
    and planted our ancestors;
you crushed the peoples
    and made our ancestors flourish.
It was not by their sword that they won the land,
    nor did their arm bring them victory;
it was your right hand, your arm,
    and the light of your face, for you loved them.

You are my King and my God,
    who decrees[c] victories for Jacob.
Through you we push back our enemies;
    through your name we trample our foes.
I put no trust in my bow,
    my sword does not bring me victory;
but you give us victory over our enemies,
    you put our adversaries to shame.
In God we make our boast all day long,
    and we will praise your name forever.[d]

But now you have rejected and humbled us;
    you no longer go out with our armies.
10 You made us retreat before the enemy,
    and our adversaries have plunderedus.
11 You gave us up to be devoured like sheep
    and have scattered us among the nations.
12 You sold your people for a pittance,
    gaining nothing from their sale.

13 You have made us a reproach to our neighbors,
    the scorn and derision of those around us.
14 You have made us a byword among the nations;
    the peoples shake their heads at us.
15 I live in disgrace all day long,
    and my face is covered with shame
16 at the taunts of those who reproach and revile me,
    because of the enemy, who is bent on revenge.

17 All this came upon us,
    though we had not forgotten you;
    we had not been false to your covenant.
18 Our hearts had not turned back;
    our feet had not strayed from your path.
19 But you crushed us and made us a haunt for jackals;
    you covered us over with deep darkness.

20 If we had forgotten the name of our God
    or spread out our hands to a foreign god,
21 would not God have discovered it,
    since he knows the secrets of the heart?
22 Yet for your sake we face death all day long;
    we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.

23 Awake, Lord! Why do you sleep?
    Rouse yourself! Do not reject us forever.
24 Why do you hide your face
    and forget our misery and oppression?

25 We are brought down to the dust;
    our bodies cling to the ground.
26 Rise up and help us;
    rescue us because of your unfailing love.
