Yesterday, IIa Adu, the daughter of Nigerian-born British singer Sade Adu who transitioned to a man, took to Instagram to address his girlfriend as 'wifey'.

"Can't wait to have my wifey back 
hurry the fuck up you hooer," the 20-year-old Ila Adu captioned the photos of his partner, Josephine, adding, "#jj #wifey #wifey #comeback #jetsetting # travelhoe #sleepingbeauty #HOOOOOER #iloveyou"

On Instagram, Josephine and Ila Adu share memories dating back to last year, and in all their photos, Adu never addressed the girlfriend as 'wifey'; he used 'boo,' 'love' and other affectionate terms. But this would be the first he would call the partner his 'wife', hence the speculation that they may have recently gotten married.
