Nigerian party APGA joined other Nigerians to criticise President Buhari and APC led administration for plagiarising Obama's speech.According to the party,Buhari committed an intellectual property theft crime.The party also went ahead to say that the crime shows that APC is devoid of the creativity to lead Nigeria out of its current recession.
