According to Olusegun Olusola who shared the photos,Senator Rafiu of Kwara state carried Arabambi legacy to Offa town and got older people to kneel before him for Sallah gifts.He went on to say that even at a time when govt is preaching ''change begins with me'' the Senator Arabambi camp still find it difficult to adjust to the 21st century styles of leadership.
