Johnny Depp's marriage to Amber Heard fell apart after he was 'driven insane' with fear that his bisexual wife was cheating on him with Cara Delevingne, it has been reported. Sources claim the actor screamed at her: 'You're making a fool out of me', as he suspected Heard was growing closer to the 23-year-old British model when they were allegedly partying together constantly.
It is believed his suspicions were sparked at the end of 2014 as the pair's friendship strengthened while Depp, 52, was renting a North London mansion.
An insider claimed Amber - who filed for divorce from Johnny this week - built a closeness with Cara that made Depp question her loyalty and brought about the end of the 15-month marriage. The source told The Sun:
'They [Amber and Cara] used to party together a lot and made no attempt to hide the fact that they were quite flirty. But that would spark furious rows with Johnny, who hated how indiscreet she was being. On one occasion he even screamed at her, 'You're making a fool of me'.
The conflict allegedly started while Depp was filming Alice Through The Looking Glass in the UK at the end of 2014.
Sources claimed Heard, 30, and Delevingne - who is dating French musician Annie Clark - were constantly out partying and didn't respect Depp's need for rest as he was working at the time.
It was also alleged that he found the Burberry model 'obnoxious and disrespectful'.
Heard dated American photographer Tasya van Ree for three years and the pair split just months before she announced she was with Depp - after she met the actor on the set of The Rum Diary in 2012.
In 2010 Heard said at a Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation event:
'I don't label myself one way or another - I have had successful relationships with men and now a woman.I love who I love; it's the person that matters.'
