In line with his resolve to empower the youths of the State under the Job Job Job mantra of his administration, Gov Rochas Okorocha today issued cheques to 305 youths in his Youth Millionaire Empowerment Program. Each of the youth was selected from each ward in the State.
Only two weeks ago, the state government gave out cheques of 100,000 to 3,050 (10 women in each ward) women in the State in the Women
