Kidnappers caught with dead bodies in a local govt chairman's car in Taraba(Photos)

Suspected kidnappers were arrested with dead bodies of their victims in a Hilux alleged to be own by Takum Local Government Chairman of Taraba state.According to report,they dumped the corpses to instigate crisis.
