The event kicked off by a cross concert staged at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere from 5.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.
Yesterday, March 29, over one million people, wore and display an emblem of "The Cross", (brooch, lapel, pendants) among others, in markets, work places, schools, homes and on the streets in the spirit of Easter celebration.
