'This is an overflowing refuse bin placed in the middle of Dan Archibong (White House) street in Calabar.

This eyesore has been there for more than a week according to residents who say they moved it into the middle of the road since the refuse evacuators have refused to clear the area'.

Calabar is adjudged to be one of if not the neatest city in Nigeria.It is not a place where residents can stay and see refuse dumped for some time without acting. -- Composite Start -->
