Wife of the Senate Minority Leader and former First Lady of Akwa Ibom State, Mrs Ekaette Unoma Godswill Akpabio, commissioned an apartment she built and donated to Madam Affiong Okon Akpan, a widow with a blind son in Mbiaso in Ikot Ekpene LGA.
