A new general Major General Illiya Abbah has been apppinted to lead the new multinational task force to fight Islamic sect  Boko Haram.
Major General Iliya Abbah,had in the past led operations against militants Niger Delta.His appointment was revealed by military spokesman Colonel Sani Usman Kukasheka.
