Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State was spotted today August 29,2015 monitoring sanitation exercise in Owerri,Imo state.
His Chief of Staff, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, SA ICT, IK Ogbonna, SA Media Production, Ralph Afoaku and many others accompanied him to the exercise.
