According to the story shared by Awuse,Governor Wike today forced the spokesman of the Rivers United FC to kneel and apologize for embarrassing his government.The players were said to be protesting for nonpayment of their salaries,sign on fees and more in front of government house.

However Kika gave a different account of what happened and said...

'Well according to the pictures here they are demanding their salary for the year 2014/2015 only and we all know that wike admin started 2015/2016 and he also inherited much debt anyway those guys have the right to protest sha but we shouldn't blame only wike'.
