According to MJ West who shared the photos,this is the deplorable/shameful state of General Hospital,Oro,Kwara state.He wrote....
'Is this a general hospital or morgue. This is what they call general hospital in kwara state. Oro in ifelodun local government. What a pathetic situation'
May I ask:Are they treating people here or giving them diseases/infections?To say this is shameful is an understatement.
