Chelsea will give Antonio Conte the full £60million they receive from the sale of Oscar to spend on new transfers in January.
Oscar is close to a big-money move to Chinese Super League club Shanghai SIPG, where he would link up with former Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas.
And the London Evening Standard say Conte will be given the funds to invest in his squad next month.
It is said Conte wants a top centre-back with Southampton star Virgil van Dijk on his wishlist - and is also eyeing a full-back and midfielder.
