The wife of the President Her Excellency Hajia Aisha Buhari arrives Kano to offer her condolences to the family of Late AVM Mukhtar Mohammed, the Government and people of Kano over the death of the elderstatesman, who died last week in London.
Hajia Aisha Buhari was accompanied by her daughter Zahrah and son Yusuf, the wives of the governors of Borno, Sokoto, Imo, Benue, Zamfara, as well as the wife of Minister of Interior, Gen Abdulrahman Dambazau among others.
AVM Mukhtar Mohammed was a known close associate of President Muhammadu Buhari and his family, and the president extended his condolences to the government and people of kano, as well as the family of late AVM Mukhtar Mohammed in a letter of condolence sent by the president through a powerful delegation led by his Chief of Staff, Alh Abba Kyari.
Wife of the Kano Governor Dr Hafsat Abdullahi Ganduje accompanied the wife of the President and her entourage to the house of Late AVM Mukhtar Mohammed on a condolence visit.
