Rivers APC Youth Leader Congratulates Derek Mene as EDFA,NDDC

The Rivers State Youth Leader of the All Progressives Congress(APC) Hon. Dima Paul Agiobu on Friday Congratulated Mr.Derek Mene on his appointment and inauguration as the Executive Director, Finance/Administration, Niger Delta Development Commission(NDDC) Board. The Youth leader also thanked President Muhammadu Buhari and Rt.Hon.Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi for finding Mr.Derek worthy to serve.

While addressing news men in his office,the Youth Leader commended Mr. Derek Mene for his commitment, loyalty and support to the Niger Delta People and President Buhari led-federal government. Hon.Dima said "I have known Mr.Derek Mene for some years and I can tell of him. He is very competent, experienced, dedicated and God-fearing. I have no doubt in his ability to discharge his duties at the Commission".

The Youth Leader also urged Mr.Derek to remember the youths. "Youth are the strongest constituency. They are the strength of our party and without them, there will be no APC. Despite the level of insecurity in Rivers State, the youths are always available. The commitment and dedication of Rivers APC youths are unparalleled even with little or no empowerment. I am appealing to Derek and others to remember the Youths. We are at war and only the Youths can stand and fight". He said.

Hon.Dima also called on the newly inaugurated Board to consolidate on the existing legacies of the out-going board and build more. He said "we need massive infrastructure in the Niger Delta....we need quality hospitals, schools, link roads, good water, electricity, scholarships and skill acquisition programs for our people and NDDC was established on those premises".
